Foreign buyers will be required to make all payments owed via wire transfer to the bank account indicated in two "Proforma Invoices" sent by e-mail to the foreign buyer, one for the auction commission and one for the price of the asset sold. A copy of the transfer receipt must be provided as proof of payment.
In both cases, payments must be made within 7 days of the auction closing date. With respect to conditional bids, the 7 days will be counted from the date of the seller's approval of the conditional bid.
The invoice for the auction commission will be issued in the name of the buyer.
After confirmation of the receipt in full of all amounts due, the commission invoice will be sent to buyers directly via e-mail and will serve as the proof of payment.
A Bill of Sale of the assets will be issued in the name of the buyer and will be available at the time of the removal of the assets purchased.
In order to issue the Bill of Sale of the assets to Brazilian buyers, they must be registered, in good standing and with a current address with the Receita Federal do Brasil and SINTEGRA (Sistema Integrado de Informações sobre Operações Interestaduais com Mercadorias e Serviços). If not so registered, the buyer risks loss of the purchased asset and all amounts paid.
