Buyers should contact SUPERBID marketplace in advance in order to schedule a time and date for the removal of the assets purchased in the auction. The seller will make the assets available for removal by the buyer 20 days after the date that payment for the asset is confirmed (the Removal Date). The buyers must remove the assets within the subsequent 10 days. The buyer must take full possession of the assets on the scheduled date. The buyer must present the Auction Commission Invoice and a form of photographic identification of the buyer. If a third party (including a forwarding agent) has been authorized to remove, the third party must present a power of attorney duly executed by the buyer and a form of photographic identification in addition to the Auction Commission Invoice in order to remove the purchased assets on behalf of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all freight, shipping and other costs related to transporting the assets from the location posted on the SUPERBID marketplace website to its final location. Such expenses include but are not limited to dismantling, removal, special handling, loading, and other necessary removal costs, domestic or international transportation, insurance, licenses and permits, including all labor charges associated with such services. Buyers, in their sole discretion, may arrange for services for the pick-up and delivery of the assets from one of the companies listed on the SUPERBID marketplace website; however, SUPERBID marketplace shall not be liable for any acts or omissions arising from any such arrangements. The Auctioneer and SUPERBID marketplace assumes no responsibility for the delivery of the assets to buyers. The buyer is responsible for any damage he/she or his/her power of attorney or his/her forwarding agent should cause the seller’s premises, it being the buyer’s responsibility to repair the damage or indemnify the seller. Prior to removing the asset, the buyer or his/her power of attorney or his/her forwarding agent responsible for removing, is responsible for confirmation of the identification, contents, and condition of the purchased assets. Prior to removing the assets, buyers should notify the seller and SUPERBID marketplace in writing of any irregularities or inconsistencies and refrain from removing the asset until such inconsistencies/irregularities are resolved. By taking possession of the asset, the buyer accepts the asset, AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT REPRESENTATION or WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. No complaints or grievances will be accepted with respect to irregularities or inconsistencies after the buyer has taken possession of the purchased asset. The buyer is responsible for removing any and all identification or signage of the seller from the asset. When removing the asset, the buyer, power of attorney or forwarding agent should observe all workplace safety regulations as established by the seller and all workplace safety requirements as required under applicable law.
